Opening and Viewing the System Log

The System Log allows you to view system and event information about CCC ONE. Event items can be Information, Warning, Error, and Verbose level types. Events can also be organized by several categories. Use the Category droplist in the System Log search panel.

The System Log screen also allows you to search by description, date range, level, and category. Each item can be viewed by selecting the item View option from the mini-toolbar. The Search Results toolbar allows you to select options to Refresh, Print, Print Preview, Export to CSV, and Send Log items in the Search Results screen.

To open the System Log screen

1. Select Help > System Log from the menu bar. The System Log screen opens.
2. Enter your search criteria in the System Log search panel.
3. Click on Search. The items that match the search criteria appear in the Search Results pane.
4. Select an option from the Search Results toolbar.
